Refund policy

 

Given the nature of breaks, NO returns, refunds or cancellations are accepted because you later change your mind regarding a purchase, cannot attend a break or you are unhappy with the results of a break. Gift cards cannot be returned. Purchases of sealed wax cannot be returned or refunded after they have been shipped. We cannot process refunds. In the event a break that you bought into does not break within 15 business days of when you purchased, you may request in writing via email for a credit on a future break instead.
